On July 3, 2026, the Jimei Schools-Families-Community Collaborative Practice Innovation Public Welfare Program, titled “Discover Jimei · See the Light · Look Towards the Future,” was officially launched. Mr. Guo Peng, Chairman of Lingsheng Group, attended the opening ceremony as the project sponsor and presented a targeted donation of RMB 100,000 on behalf of the Group to support the implementation of the program. Representatives from schools, families, and the community gathered together to witness the launch and explore innovative solutions for addressing youth development challenges.

Focusing on the growth and development of young people, this public welfare program aims to bring together the combined strengths of schools, families, and society. Through a series of systematic and comprehensive training courses, the program seeks to inspire students’ initiative and inner motivation, helping them broaden their horizons, strengthen their character, and establish future aspirations through a four-month practical learning journey. The project is committed to developing a replicable and sustainable model for youth development and education.

Relying on the century-long cultural heritage of Jimei Schools Village and the enduring Spirit of Jiageng, the program establishes a comprehensive collaborative mechanism involving government guidance, school experimentation, student participation, family engagement, and social support. It aims to create a more diverse, interactive, and meaningful educational environment for young people.

During the ceremony, Mr. Ren Jingbo, the 93-year-old Honorary Lifetime President of the Jimei Alumni Association, presented a personally handwritten calligraphy work to Mr. Guo Peng, Chairman of Lingsheng Group. As a “disciple of Jiageng,” Mr. Ren expressed his high appreciation for Mr. Guo and Lingsheng Group’s long-term support for the Tan Kah Kee Education Foundation. This recognition represents not only an acknowledgment of Lingsheng’s commitment to public welfare but also a vivid reflection of the continued inheritance of the Spirit of Jiageng.
